An Idea!

As I was sitting here puzzling about the alcohol situation and working on my timeline/guest list, I figured out my solution for the alcohol problem!
I will serve beer and wine at a station during cocktail hour. Then I will have the servers bring wine/beer refills only to those who ask during dinner. And then, after dinner I will stop serving alcohol. This way people are still able to drink a bit and get a bit loose but can't drink too much before the drive. Most people won't leave until 9 or so and so that is 2-3 hours of not drinking. This will way cut down costs as well.

Ah! I'm so excited at my genius! Just kidding. But I am really happy to have figured this out.
